A Day in Life

Wake up, I missed the first alarm now I am running late! Uhhhh, no time for breakfast, I'll just grab something on the way.  Wake the children up, and  help them get ready.

Finally, make it to the office.  All day non stop work..... 9 hours later time to go home.

While leaving the office, for a second, just a second you think is this what my life has come to?

You had so many dreams, lofty goals, aspirations, and ideas of where you were going, and who you were going to be, and now you are just.... just.

You pick the children up, make dinner, clean, help with homework, bathe, and sleep.

Well, you attempted to sleep.  As you lay in bed your mind begins to sink into worry.  Is this life, am I meant for more, will things ever get better?  You lay there and your overthinking begins to overthink.  You finally fall asleep. The cycle continues tomorrow.  It continues until you are run completely down.  Your body is tired, you need a vacation from vacation, your nerves are tired, your mind is tired, and every cell in your body is exhausted.  But the bills never stop.  So you feel like you can't stop.  I have been here before.  For over 10 years I kept going! Until my body couldn't take anymore and I had to deal with my running.  Running from childhood trauma, failed relationships, self-sabotaging, and the list goes on.

Is this YOU?

But today, right here, right now this cycle can be broken.  Are you willing to do the work to create a life that aligns with your dreams?  Maybe your outlook of life has changed?  Maybe the goals 20 year old you differ from 35 year old you?  Maybe your core values look different now?  The "werk" needed to move you out of that old paradigm isn't a quick process.  It took you years to completely get stuck in this cycle of "keep going".  Give yourself the time, space, and gentleness to grow out of it and realign to your goals.

You deserve peace, quiet- slow mornings, happiness, and a non-rushed life- - as a matter of fact this is your birthright.  It is time to reclaim your sovereignty.  Reclaim your life.  Take up space.  Know that you are worthy of miracles in all forms.  Know that you are worth working for.  Yes, it is hard work.  It is facing parts of yourself that you'd completely forgotten about.  It is radical gut-wrenching honesty with yourself and others in your life.  It is an awakening.  But stick with the process and see it through.  You owe yourself that much to see the other side of it.  There's always light at the end of the tunnel.

I now work for myself (2-3 days out of the week and schedule vacation time when I need to slow down more to realign)  have slow-quiet mornings for my me-time, homeschool my children, and overall just created a life that aligns with my core values.  I help others align their lives with their purpose/dharma/calling.

If you are ready to do the "werk".  I invite you to schedule a session with me, click here.  I would love to help you become the version you are dreaming of being.  The best version of you, aligned with your values and beliefs. Meeting your goals without running out of gas along the way.  Without compromising yourself, letting go of the past, healing from past traumas, and learning to be present in your own life in ways you never thought were possible.

Until next time, I love you and there's nothing you can do about it! ♡
